Eli Young Band Set New Album Release
. The four bandmembers (Jon Jones, Mike Eli, James Young, and Chris Thompson) wrote half the tracks and coproduced the 11-song album with Justin Niebank and Frank Liddell. "To still be making music and going through the craziness of life together is something we'd only dreamed of when we met back in college," lead singer Mike Eli said in a press statement. "This album shows another chapter in our lives as a band, as husbands, as fathers and as individuals that we're really excited to share with our amazing fans." The "craziness of life" Eli speaks of has had many high points lately for the bandmates, who've been working together for well more than a decade and released their first album in 2002. Those high points include a strong pair of No. 1 hits ("Crazy Girl," "Even If It Breaks Your Heart"), an ACM Song of the Year win in 2012 and, on a more personal notes, new babies for Eli as well as bassist Jon Jones. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
