Aerosmith's Joe Perry Cast In New Movie

(hennemusic) Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has joined the cast of the motion picture Cottonwood. The film tells the story of a county sheriff, Rube Whitlock, who becomes embroiled in the murder of a local racist.

Perry is slated to play the role of Joe Walker in this murder-mystery set in West Texas during the depression and dustbowl era. Peery joins a cast that includes Anthony Michael Hall (also producing), Academy Award-winning actor Louis Gossett, Jr., Alison Eastwood and Ethan Suplee.
