(Radio.com) After a successful opening-night performance by Luke Bryan on his 2014 That's My Kind of Night Tour in Columbus, Ohio last Thursday night (Jan. 16), four crew members suffered injuries when a portion of the stage collapsed during the tear-down process. The show took place at the Schottenstein Center, located on the campus of Ohio State University.

According to local news outlet NBC4i.com, a forklift may have caused the collapse when it struck the rear of the stage. Luckily, the report also notes that injuries to each of the four workers are minor.

Because of the accident, Bryan cancelled his show Friday (Jan. 17) in Lexington, Kentucky. The show has now been rescheduled for Friday, Feb. 21.

A message posted Friday on Bryan's website notes that the show was over when the damage occurred and "no fans were in the building." The message also states that all "necessary repairs to the production elements" will be made so the tour can move forward. Currently, the next stop on Bryan's tour is Saturday, Jan. 18 in Knoxville, Tenn.

As for the show itself, the opening night of what is among 2014′s biggest and most-anticipated country concert tours, it appears to have gone off as planned, with Bryan wowing fans as covering hits from throughout his career. more on this story
