Giuliana saying the couple who had tried all season for a new baby get the sad news on the season finale to her hit reality show "Giuliana and Bill." "Thankfully we've had some time to process the news�It was hard�I mean when you get that call that you've had a miscarriage, I've had a miscarriage myself that I talked about a few years ago, before we had Duke, then our surrogate had one and we were just devastated."

Giuliana telling Mario that the news wasn't only hard for them, but their surrogate, who also carried their first son."Our priority at the time, once we were able to take the emotion out of it a little bit, we wanted to make sure our surrogate who carried Duke for us, that knew she it was not her fault, this is something that is so common, it happens all the time, it happened to me, we wanted her to feel ok with it. She's good with it, she's also processed it, we're all moving forward."

Rancic revealing it was tough to get the news while being filmed for her show, "We wanted to hear the news then get away from the camera to process it ourselves and that why it probably comes off a little ambiguous tomorrow night, but we wanted to clear it up."

Giuliana saying the couple will try again for another baby, "We had to take a break, it's just a lot to digest and were just trying to figure it out now that a little time had passed we're trying to figure out when is a good time to start again�Our surrogate, we would love her to be on board were not gonna pressure her in anyway, but she says she's on board."

She continued, Bill and I want another baby more than anything else. It's god's plan�Our faith is very important to us and I know everything happens for a reason�I've been through a lot, breast cancer, infertility. miscarriage, I've been through a lot, but somehow, you know the big man always figures it out...We're so happy today and we always get though things, we're gonna keep fighting." more on this story
