Lee Brice Reveals Release Plans For New Album 'I Don't Dance'
. After releasing a new single, "I Don't Dance," last April, it turns out the single informs the album title, as I Don't Dance becomes Brice's newest full-length this September 9th. I Don't Dance was recorded in Nashville, Brice taking songwriting credit on 10 out of the 13 included tracks and holding down the producer role as well. "I wanted to have control over every drumbeat, every lick," Brice said in a release. "It was a lot of really sitting down and thinking about every little piece that goes into a song." The result is a hybrid of fresh country sounds with a touch of digital flair - beats underlying banjos, pulses over top of piano." The new album includes "Girls in Bikinis," on which Brice played every instrument included in the mix, and "Sirens," a song featuring the country singer on banjo for the first time.
