Two Charged For Miley Cyrus Burglary and Car Theft

(Radio.com) The pair who allegedly stole Miley Cyrus' Maserati late last month have been charged with burglary and car theft. According to Billboard, Naomi Charles, 21, and Tylor Scott, 19, have pleaded not guilty to the charges, which accuses them of taking the expensive car from Cyrus' Hollywood home, as well as jewelry, purses and clothes.

The pleas were entered Monday (June 9), claiming that Charles and Scott were not guilty of the charges of grand theft of personal property, first-degree residential burglary, grand theft auto and unlawful driving or taking of a vehicle, as well as a firearm allegation.

Scott was also charged on an additional case of similar charges stemming from an alleged burglary at a Woodland Hills house May 15. The Arizona natives are held at $150,000 (Scott) and $100,000 (Charles). Their next court date is June 18. more on this story
