OK Go Release One-Shot 'The Writing's on the Wall' Video
. From the onset, the band, perhaps best known for their treadmill-riding "Here It Goes Again" video from 2006, take a jaunt through the warehouse setting, activating different gadgets and mind tricks that make things seem one way when the camera first rests on the visual, but a whole other way in the blink of an eye. Along the way, the use of mirrors, paint, forced perspective and other gags populate the video, which is shot - as the band's videos often are - in one go. According to Rolling Stone, who premiered the video, "The Writing's on the Wall" took 50 tries before it got right - which makes the video's finale all the more satisfying when one sees the band and the video's crew very happy about its completion.
