Billy Corgan 200,000 Words Into Epic Autobiography
. The Smashing Pumpkins frontman is currently penning God is Everywhere From Here to There, a new memoir that's been in the works for a few years, and according to a new post on his website updating fans on its progress, it's over 200,000 words right now - and isn't even close to being finished. "A few days prior I crossed the 200,000 word threshold, convinced that the midway point of said opus had been reached," Corgan wrote. "But this was not so, as only 5 of 12 intended sections have been covered." So that means, assuming the final seven sections are as lofty word count-wise as their predecessors, we could be talking a 400,000-word memoir at least, if not more. "General indications are that the book will eventually clock in at a half million words," he continued. "Too many I say; but sadly, never enough." more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
