Perry reportedly attended five birthday parties this past spring in each of the characters, and no one recognized her. The first two behind-the-scenes videos feature looks at Goldie The Dancer and Princess Mandee.

"Birthday" is the fourth single released by Perry from her latest album, "Prism." The tune follows previous hits "Roar", "Unconditionally" and "Dark Horse."
