. Trout's family last week revealed he'd die if he didn't receive a liver transplant within 90 days, and launched an emergency fundraising campaign to help cover the costs of surgery. The target amount was secured within four days - but the veteran musician has a long way to go before he can consider the possibility of going back to work. Knapp has issued an appeal with the blessing of his boss, saying: "The entire band and crew are looking for work.
