Jack Antonoff Helps Taylor Swift Download Their New Song

. (Radio.com) While her rabid fan base had no problem rocketing Taylor Swift's latest single, "Out of the Woods," straight to the top of the iTunes charts, the singer herself had some trouble accessing the tune, which she wrote with fun. member and Bleachers frontman Jack Antonoff.

Swift took to Twitter last night (Oct. 13) to share a text conversation with Antonoff on how exactly to download the new tune to her phone, a perk of having already pre-ordered Swift's upcoming full-length, 1989, scheduled for release on Oct. 27.

It's the kind of adorable pop star exchange that fans dream of. It was also a sly, smart (albeit admittedly cute) way for Swift to show her followers exactly how to access the new tune while gently encouraging them to take part in the album pre-order, if they hadn't already.

She tweeted, "Tech support from @jackantonoff: How to get Out Of The Woods to download if you've already preordered 1989 on iTunes: http://t.co/0CDQrEwRZ9". She jumped over to Instagram to divulge even more of her text exchange with Antonoff. Read more here.
