iLoveMakonnen Attacked At CMJ

(Radio.com) It isn't a new thing for rising rap stars to perform at high profile showcases at CMJ. But, usually it doesn't see said rapper getting attacked for no apparent. Such was the case for Drake protege iLoveMakonnen, when he was attacked in his special guest slot at a CMJ showcase.

The rapper was performing hit "Tuesday" when video shows a gentleman in a gray hoodie make his way to the stage, tap the rapper for a presumed handshake, pull him down to the stage floor, and punch him once, before attempting to flee the building.

Maybe the most impressive thing about this all is that the Atlanta rapper then gets up, with a security guard now positioned firmly in front of the stage, and finishes the song like nothing ever happened. Professionalism, people. Watch the scene play out in the video here.
