Slipknot Reveal Their New Masks
. The band posted a two-minute video to their YouTube page today (Sept. 18) showing off the new look for the upcoming album cycle. The clip included all nine members of the band, two of which have not been officially announced. .5 marks the first album for the band since bassist Paul Gray's death in May 2010 and drummer Joey Jordison's departure in December of last year. Their replacements were seen in the "Devil in I" music video in addition to the new snippet, which features the song's audio as the masks are shown off. So far, rumors are that Alessandro Venturella is the bassist, a story backed up, fans say, by hand tattoos visible in the new music video. Meanwhile, the drummer is reported to be Jay Weinberg, former Against Me! and E Street Band drummer (the latter briefly replacing his dad, Max), something most recently surmised by Billboard.
