Tim McGraw Confused By His New Movie Tomorrowland

(Radio.com) When Tim McGraw isn't releasing albums and touring the country, he's working on his acting chops. More recently, he has been cast in the science-fiction adventure film Tomorrowland, which stars George Clooney and is due to hit theaters in 2015. In an interview with Rolling Stone Country, he opens up on the film which he admits he's still a bit confused about.

"There's not much I can say about it because I read the script, I acted in the movie and I still don't understand it," McGraw told Rolling Stone Country. "It's a huge production; there's a lot going on. All the stuff I hear back, it's going to be spectacular. "

In Tomorrowland, which is the ninth film he's been in, McGraw plays the role of a father and rocket scientist. "I get a lot [of scripts]; it's just finding the right thing for the right time," McGraw says. "It's got to be something that moves me. As an artist, you've got to have a visceral reaction. If you have to think about it, it's probably not the right thing."
