According to Schlogel, one such call resulted in a subscriber to the new music service exclaiming, "This is the best customer service call I've ever received!"

So while some musicians may not be sold on the product just yet (if ever), others are embracing it to the point where they'll call to thank you for streaming that new Rihanna song.
