Lamb Of God Score Big Hit With New Album

. Lamb Of God's new album "VII: Sturm Und Drang" scored an impressive debut on the album charts following its release last week, topping the rock and hard rock charts in the U.S.

The album also had a very strong showing on the mainstream album charts in the United States, coming in at No. 2 on the Top Current Albums chart and No. 3 on the Top 200 album chart.

"VII: Sturm Und Drang" also scored high chart debuts internationally, topping the Canadian chart, hitting No. 1 on the UK rock chart, scoring a No. 2 debut in Australia and top 20 debuts in Finland (No. 3), New Zealand (No 11), Germany (No. 12), Japan (No. 13), Netherlands (No. 13), and Sweden (No. 19).

The band is currently promoting the new album on a North American tour with Slipknot, Bullet For My Valentine and Motionless In White. Lamb Of God also have two special recording signing events this month: 8/5 - Vintage Vinyl, Fords, NJ and 8/29 - Zia Records, Phoenix, AZ.
