. The band, who say they came up with the concept while in line at a grocery store, were trying to think of cheeky band names when someone suggested "Okilly Dokilly." Nedless to say, the group really ran with the idea. The members of Okilly Dokilly even dress like the character, right down to the circle-framed specs, and also call each other Ned.
