On Friday Police Search Home Of KISS Star Gene Simmons was a top story. Here is the recap: The home of KISS star Gene Simmons was searched by the Los Angeles Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on Thursday, according to local TV station KTLA.

LAPD's Mike Lopez told the media outlet that Simmons and his family cooperated with police and they are not considered suspects in their investigation.

A representative for Simmons told KTLA in a statement that the police task force was at Simmons home on Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Crest "to discuss a crime that may have occurred on their property last year while Simmons was away on tour with KISS."
