(HER) Slayer's video for the title track to their latest album "Repentless" beat out videos from Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Mastodon, and Ghost to win 2015's Best Metal Video in the 5th Annual Loudwire Music Awards.

The video was directed by BJ McDonnell and was filmed at the Los Angeles women's prison Sybil Brand and features cameos from Danny Trejo ("Machete," "From Dusk Til Dawn"), Tony Moran ("Halloween's" Michael Myers), Derek Mears ("Predators," "Friday the 13th") and Sean Whalen ("Men In Black," "Halloween II")

McDonnell had the following to say about the video award win, "We were up against some serious talent and great videos all around and I'm just overjoyed that we won.

"Everyone in our cast and crew worked their butts off to have the video truly represent the song and the band, and we think we achieved that. Working with Slayer has been a dream and I really hope to do it again soon. Thanks to everyone who voted for 'Repentless.'" Watch the video here.
