X-Men Character Wears Vintage Rush Shirt In New Trailer
. By the font of the shirt, it looks to be from the 1981 Moving Pictures era, which makes sense, as the film is said to take place in the early '80s. Is Quicksilver actually a Rush fan? Probably not on the comic books. More likely it's a gag: his mutant power is super speed, and he's wearing a shirt that says "Rush." Which would be the best rock t-shirt related pun in a super hero film since Tony Start (Robert Downey Jr) wore a Black Sabbath t-shirt in The Avengers (in case you're not following, Tony Stark is Iron Man, Black Sabbath have a classic song called "Iron Man.")
