Here is the recap: (Radio.com) Earlier this year, RZA of Wu-Tang Clan announced that the group's next album would be a "single-sale collector's item," a lone copy produced and released to the individual highest bidder. This anti-Radiohead move drew skepticism and interest alike, but the ultimate sale is even more controversial.

The album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, was sold to the pharmaceutical executive some call "the most hated man in the world." A source close to the situation told Bloomberg Business that Turing Pharmaceuticals founder Martin Shkreli bought the album in the ballpark of $2 million.
