David Spade Finds It Impossible To Like Kanye West
. (Radio.com) David Spade--apparently a last-minute guest booking on Jimmy Kimmel Live, after Sam Smith, who allegedly lost his voice partying post-GRAMMYs, canceled--mocked Kanye West following his Grammy Awards outburst. "I saw the guy, Kanye, who's always yammering away, he manages to say the wrong thing," Spade said. "And he said it to Beck, which stings a little more, because I look like Beck. "I wanna like Kanye," he continued. "But it's virtually impossible. I've been trying! I mean, Beyonce, how much can she do before she can catch a break in this town? He's so mad about it." But he admitted that West's music is pretty undeniable: "But then I hear a song of his and I go, 'He's all right!' And then he talks and I don't like him again. I don't know much about girls, but when you're with Kim [Kardashian] and all you do is fawn about how great Beyonce is, she's like, 'What about me, babe? I do stuff.'" Kimmel laughed, "You don't see Jay Z doing that!" "[Beyonce's] talented, it's different," Spade replied. Read more here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
