Florence and the Machine Release New Single 'What Kind of Man'
. (Radio.com) It's all turning up Florence and the Machine these days. After teasing a new album for weeks, the band officially announced a new record earlier this week, debuting a first taste of it: "How Big How Blue How Beautiful." But while "How Big" was a welcome sight for fans of Florence Welch and co., it seemed like more of a teaser than a first single--which, as it turns out, was partially right: it's not the single, it's the name of the album. "What Kind of Man" is the single. The song hit the Internet Thursday (Feb. 12), bringing with it a forceful but leveled guitar attack after starting as a softer, choral-like tune, replete with organs. "What kind of man loves like this?" she demands over guitar and a pounding bass drum. In addition to the song, the band released a music video for the song. Check it out here.
