Jimmy Page Releasing Sound Tracks Box Set
. (hennemusic) Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page will release "Sound Tracks", a box set featuring the guitarist's work on films "Lucifer Rising" and "Death Wish II", along with additional archive material on March 6 and he has released streams of some of the tracks from the collection . The package presents work from both projects plus a companion disc of previously unreleased tracks - the same format Page designed for the extensive Led Zeppelin reissues series. Recorded at Page's home studio in Plumpton and The Sol studio in Cookham in the late 70s and early 80s, "Sound Tracks" includes an all-new booklet containing a written track-by-track insight by the guitarist for the archive material amidst a collection of original artwork across 36 pages. Page explains: "The archive material and work included here serve as an illustration of the ongoing process at the time of these two projects." "Sound Tracks" will be available as a 4CD, 4LP and signed deluxe edition. Check out the streams here. hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
