But in the event of such an occurrence--or, perhaps more likely, an instance when you paid a couple bucks to see some buzzworthy local act that just did not live up to the hype, should you be expected to eat that $10 investment? Or should you instead be able to get some, if not all, of it back, citing, quite frankly, a terrible band?

In Finland, doing the latter just became a whole lot easier. BBC reports a ruling in the Scandinavian country decreed that attendees of subpar live music concerts can snag a refund, all thanks to a 2013 concert by Chuck Berry in the nation's capital of Helsinki. Berry was reportedly quite under his performing standard, even apologizing to fans while on stage.

Now, the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland says the concert's organizer should refund 50 percent of the price if such a thing happens again. Read more - here.
