The Ting Tings have announced that they have been forced to cancel their U.S. which was set to kick off tonight (June 18th) after Katie White suffered a partially ruptured tendon in her left hand.

Doctors have ordered White to rest her hand to allow it time to heal, forcing the UK duo to pull out of the tour which was scheduled to start tonight in Berwyn, IL and conclude on July 26th in Omaha, NE.

White had the following to say, "Really sorry to be cancelling our U.S. tour. My left hand has been playing me up for a while and unfortunately, it finally decided to throw a tendon tantrum.

"We tried to scale back the upcoming shows to avoid making it worse, but unfortunately, I have a torn tendon that the doctors have said only rest and physiotherapy will heal... back soon."
