They Might Be Giants Cover Destiny's Child's 'Bills Bills Bills'

(Radio.com) It's been well over a decade since Destiny's Child's "Bills Bills Bills" was released and it still sounds as good as ever--especially when presented in a new version.

Such is the case with A.V. Club's latest episode of Undercover, in which They Might Be Giants take on the GRAMMY-winning track. At the hands of They Might Be Giants, the once-sultry R&B ballad is a pop-rock jam, the band dialing up the guitar velocity for their cover and harmonizing on the chorus.

John Linnell, who takes lead vocals gives a precursor at the beginning: 'I'm just going to motor through if I get the words wrong," he said--but he didn't give himself enough credit. Read more here.
