Of course, the band changes it up by not arriving for a concert, but to testify in front of lawyers, a judge, and plenty of on-lookers. It's a surprising turn, considering the song could have such a literal interpretation, and just might be a sign that A Thousand Horses aren't going to be a band that chooses the most obvious roads.
