Along with Smash Mouth, '90s nostalgia nuts will get sets from rapper Coolio, "Stay (I Miss You)" singer Lisa Loeb, Tonic, Naughty by Nature, and the surviving members of Blind Melon. The festival is also touting a "surprise act."
