Jack White And Loretta Lynn To Be Inducted To Music City Walk Of Fame

(Radio.com) Last year, Nashville's Music Mile closed its Music City Walk of Fame Park for a multi-million dollar renovation project. And while we don't know what the new Walk of Fame will feature, we do know that the rebirth of the attraction will be an event in of itself.

Reopening on June 4, the park has announced that two new people will be enshrined with commemorative plaques: Jack White and Loretta Lynn, according to Pitchfork.

Nashville mayor Karl Dean praised both White and Lynn in a statement, saying "They represent what is best about Nashville with music that spans multiple genres and generations. They are great ambassadors for the creative community in our city, and I congratulate them on this wonderful honor. Read more here.
