Mariah Carey Cancels Las Vegas Show Due To Bronchitis

. (Radio.com) Mariah Carey has come down with the unspeakable: bronchitis. The news comes at a terrible time, considering the pop icon just started her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace less than a week ago.

Because of the situation, Mimi was forced to cancel Thursday night's show (May 14) but took to Instagram to deliver the news personally to her fans. "Hey guys," wrote Carey.

"I've been fighting bronchitis for the past few days.. almost better but on mandatory vocal rest per doctor's orders. I'm so sorry to cancel tonight's show but I promise to make it up to you!!!. Love you always, MC." Read more here.
