Halestorm's Lzzy Hale Collaborates With Trans-Siberian Orchestra Recap

On Tuesday Halestorm's Lzzy Hale Collaborates With Trans-Siberian Orchestra was a top story. Here is the recap: (Gibson) Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale has collaborated with Trans-Siberian Orchestra on a reprise version of "Forget About The Blame" from the band's upcoming album Letters From The Labyrinth.

Hale told Billboard.com the band wanted somebody with some 'whiskey dust' in their voice, and her name came up. "They ended up coming to me in Nashville during our last little stint of time off and cutting it, and it was awesome, just an amazing group to work with," she said.

As Trans-Siberian Orchestra mastermind Paul O'Neill told Billboard, "I needed someone to bring out the female side of it, so we decided we would have two singers sing that song for a different perspective. Lzzy Hale has a great voice. She's a great rocker, a lot of emotion. Robin [Borneman] and Lzzy, in my opinion, knocked it out of the ballpark." Read more - here.
