Glenn Danzig and Drake Mash-Up Hits The Web

. (Radio.com) The musical worlds of Glenn Danzig and Canadian rapper Drake have been brought together by YouTube user Worldwide Selects, who has created a masterful mash-up using Danzig's vocals from his hit "Mother" and the music from Drake's "The Catch Up."

The slow groove of Drake's 2014 summer hit with its sweeping keyboard works amazing well with the vocal track from Danzig's 1988 heavy metal classic. In fact, Glenn Danzig's "Mother" has never sounded so soulful and introspective.

In the description of the track Worldwide Selects writes: "My man Glenn Danzig killing us loudly with his incredibly soulful voice." Surely the mash-up won't turn into a beef between Danzig and Drake, like the MC's long and public feud with Meek Mill. Listen to the unique track here.
