Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese Preview New TV Series 'Vinyl'

(Radio.com) HBO have revealed a trailer for the new drama series called Vinyl which was spearheaded by Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, Award winning director Martin Scorsese and Boardwalk Empire executive producer Terence Winter.

The show explores the music industry in 1970s New York with cast members including notables Bobby Cannavale, Olivia Wilde, Ray Romano and Paul Ben-Victor.

HBO describes the premise as investigating music "at the dawn of punk, disco, and hip-hop." From the trailer, Vinyl looks like it has a touch of Taxi Driver meets sex, drugs and rock 'n roll.
