According to the Record Store Day website, the special Megadeth RSD exclusive vinyl release will feature the tracks "The Threat is Real" and the b-side song "Foreign Policy".

The annual Black Friday event will be taking place on November 27th, the day after Thanksgiving in the U.S., where independent record stores offer fans exclusive releases from a variety of artists. You can find a list of participating stores here.
