Ryan Adams And Norah Jones Cover Neil Young's 'Old Man'

(Radio.com) The two-day event Neil Fest, which pays tribute to and his music, kicked off at Bowery Ballroom in New York. Alongside other big names like Jakob Dylan, Sharon Van Etten, Elvis Perkins, Charles Bradley and Patrick Carney of The Black Keys, Ryan Adams and Norah Jones performed a stirring cover of Young's classic, "Old Man."

The two have previously worked together on Adams' album Ashes & Fire, and showed off their harmonic camaraderie live. With a full band backing him, Adams also covered "Cinnamon Girl" off Young's album Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere. Jones joined him on background vocals.

Adams shared a fan's pic on Instagram this morning. "Great vibes at #Neilfest tonight," he wrote. A fan in the audience captured the performance, which you can watch here.
