Lady Antebellum To Perform Anthem At Kentucky Derby

(Radio.com) Lady Antebellum will be performing "The Star Spangled Banner" to kick off the 2016 Kentucky Derby on May 7th at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky (via Rolling Stone).

Lady Antebellum took a brief hiatus following their most recent tour, which wrapped up in October 2015. The group said they needed a breather, and wanted to take some time to write new music their new album.

Following their appearance at the Kentucky Derby, Lady Antebellum will kick off their summer tour beginning at Baton Rouge's Bayou Country Super Fest on May 27th. Although they won't be playing a ton of shows, their tour lasts through August. Read more here.
