In fan-captured video, a dreadlocked Bieber sits front and center with an acoustic guitar, strumming the song's opening chords. He pauses after the first few lines, stands up and says, "Wait a minute."

He then turns his back to the audience to greet Usher, who walks out with a big grin on his face. Needless to say, the crowd loses its ever-loving mind.
