Lorde's Next Album Is 'Written' And 'In The Production Stage'

(Radio.com) Lorde has finally given an update on her long-awaited sophomore album, thanks to the prompting of one pushy fan, reports Billboard. 'Do you think we will ever get another album or should we just give up on you as an artist?," asked Instagram user Gabatron9. Lorde's response was buried in a post of the singer looking at a frog, which she shared with the caption 'shooting love heart eyes at the locals." But she responded to the query directly. "Give up on me if you want to! I write a record when I have enough special stories to tell, and it's all me, every melody every lyric, not some team who just start the machine up every eighteen months like clockwork," she wrote. "The record is written, we're in the production stage now. I've worked like a dog for a year making this thing great for you guys." Read more here.
