On Thursday Young Thug Announces 'Jeffrey' Mixtape was a top story. Here is the recap: (Radio.com) We're just past the halfway mark of 2016 and already Young Thug has released two mixtapes: In February, he dropped I'm Up and in March, Slime Season 3.

After a four-month break from releasing mixtapes, Young Thug returns this month with the release of Jeffrey, due to drop August 16th. The mixtape's title is Young Thug's first name--the rapper was born Jeffrey Lamar Williams in Atlanta.
