(Gibson) The Libertines and Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty will reportedly release his second solo album later this year, according to reports from UK media outlets.

Doherty, who recently finished an arena tour with The Libertines following their 2015 comeback, is expected to release the follow up to 2009 début Grace/ Wastelands at some point in 2016.

Exclaim reports that the album has the working title Flags Of The Old Regime and that a single will arrive in the spring. "Flags Of The Old Regime" is the name of an Amy Winehouse tribute single Doherty released in 2015 with proceeds going to the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

Doherty is also believed to be releasing a split single with PJ Harvey guitarist James Johnston for Record Store Day this year. Read more here.
