"I have songs that I have written specifically because there wasn't anything out there that I could relate to that on level," says Lovato of the track "I knew other people needed that song as well, it's gonna give them that voice that they need to hear in order to get past things and process how they feel."

"During the shooting I channeled my emotion into it and I just went there," recalls Lovato of the video shoot in the wilderness. "And, when he yelled 'Cut' I almost couldn't stop crying cause I really went to a place of like--just letting my self feel."

The 23 year-old pop star says the track is her "favorite song on the album and the most emotional video I've ever shot." A video featuring a "live in studio" version of the song was uploaded released back in October of 2015 in advance of the album's release, but today we have the official music video for the track.
