Raging Speedhorn Begin Work On First Album In Almost A Decade

(TeamRock Radio) Raging Speedhorn have begun recording their first album in nine years this week. The Corby sludge metal heroes teamed up with producer Russ Russell at his studio in Kettering, UK, from Monday (January 18) to begin work on the follow-up to 2007's Before The Sea Was Built. Russell has previously worked with Napalm Death, Dimmu Borgir and The Wildhearts.

Raging Speedhorn expect the as-yet-untitled album to be released later in 2016. It'll be their first with original singer Frank Regan since 2005's How The Great Have Fallen.

Drummer Gordon Morison says: "We're hitting the recording studio and we can't f***ing wait. It's been a long time coming. We're going to be recording the new record at Parlour Studios with the mighty Russ Russell. We can guarantee that fans of classic Speedhorn will love the new album." Read more here.
