(Radio.com) The soundtrack for the upcoming Hank Williams biopic, I Saw the Light, will be released on March 25. Tom Hiddleston, who played the villain Loki in the Avengers and Thor films, plays the country legend and recorded Williams' classics for the film.

Hiddleston is joined by the Saddle Spring Boys on new versions of "Hey Good Lookin'," "Move it on Over," "Jambalaya," "My Bucket's Got a Hole in It," "Why Don't You Love Me" and "Honky Tonkin'."

To prepare for his role, Hiddleston worked with country singer and soundtrack album co-producer Rodney Crowell. "After nearly a month spent collaborating with this gifted artist, I'm as respectful of the man's work ethic as I'm mystified by his transformational skills," Crowell said. "Without a doubt, the filmmakers chose the right actor for the job."

In addition to Hiddleston's versions of classic Williams tunes, the soundtrack includes songs from other artists of the time period. See the full track listing here.
