Micki Free, a GRAMMY winning guitarist and friend of Eddie Murphy's from his work on the Beverly Hills Cop film, confirmed the story and even played in the game in question. In a new interview, Free confirms Murphy's story, claiming it is 100% true. "Prince took the ball and it was like Michael Jordan after that, shot after shot, like nothing but net."
