Jay-Z And Rita Ora Settle Their Lawsuits
.
(Radio.com) Jay-Z and Rita Ora seem to have settled their lawsuits against each other. Jay-Z's label Roc Nation and Ora have been locked in a six month legal battle regarding her recording contract, but now it looks like they've come to some sort of agreement and that has a new deal with Warner Music. While no specifics have been provided, the singer revealed on Snapchat that she has a new label. "Contract time!!" Ora wrote on Snapchat above a picture of two flowers covering what appears to be a new contract. In December of last year, Ora filed a complaint against her label, Roc Nation (which she signed to in 2008), which accused the company of failing to support her. "When Rita signed, Roc Nation and its senior executives were very involved with her as an artist," read the complaint. "As Roc Nation's interests diversified there were fewer resources available and the company suffered a revolving door of executives. Rita's remaining supporters at the label left or moved on to other activities, to the point where she no longer had a relationship with anyone at the company." Read more here.
