Dance Moms Star Abby Lee Miller Opens Up On 'Rough' Fraud Case
. The "Dance Moms" star admitted her fraud case has taken its toll on her. She was indicted on bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and false bankruptcy declarations in October. "It's rough. It's hard. My dad used to run my business and he did all the books and everything was great. It's your family, you trusted, ya know - they had your back. Every person I hired after that was just one thing after another and you hire attorneys, you hire accountants, you hire your people, who are professional� maybe they all didn't do their jobs as well as they should have." She went on, "I have a firm belief that we are all just living out a script and whatever will be will be." It has just been announced that "Dance Moms" will be returning. Lifetime ordering more episodes despite reports this would be the last season, but Miller isn't quite sure if she will be back or not, "I guess I'm going to have to be back, I don't know what's happening, we'll see." The businesswoman with many other projects in the works, including a new show in Australia. Miller also confirming fan favorite, Maddie Ziegler and her sister Mackenzie, who have been on the show since it premiered six seasons ago, will not be returning, "I train kids, I've always done that�And they go on and they work professionally and my dreams are always bigger than their dreams, so I think this was bound to happen." Miller breaking news on Maddie's future, "I believe that Maddie will be either the new judge or the host of the 'So You Think You Can Dance Next Generation' show." She called her departure from "Dance Moms" bittersweet and said the dancers will continue to take classes with her."
