Drake Returning To SNL, Enters Forbes Hip-Hop Rich List

There are two big pieces of Drake news. It has been announced that the rapper will once again host and perform on Saturday Night Live, and he is also now among the top five on Forbes list of hip-hop's wealthiest artists. SNL announced via a tweet that Drake will return to the show on May 14th. And like his previous appearance on the hit television show back in 2014, he will not only be performing, but will also be hosting the broadcast. Saturday Night Live also revealed that the season finale on May 21st will be hosted by Fred Armisen (Portlandia, Late Night With Seth Meyers) and will feature musical guest Courtney Barnett, who will be making her first appearance on the show. In other Drake news, the rapper replaced 50 Cent on the top 5 of Forbes annual list of the richest hip-hop stars with a reported net worth of $60 million. Sean "Diddy" Combs topped the list with $750 million, followed by Dr. Dre at $710 million, Jay Z with $610 million and Birdman at $110 million.
