(Radio.com) The Revolution reunited in Minneapolis last week for the first of a series of shows to pay tribute to Prince and video from the reunion has been posted online.

Some of Prince's best-loved albums and singles were recorded under the banner "Prince and the Revolution," a band whose ranks included 16 different musicians through the years.

In the first of three scheduled shows, the band performed favorites like "Purple Rain," "Raspberry Beret" and "The Beautiful Ones." Fans on the ground at the local club called First Avenue shared footage from the reunion on social media. Watch clips from the reunion engagement here.
