'Harlem Shake' Songwriter Baauer Teams with C.Z. For New Track
.
(Radio.com) Baauer, the DJ who won Dance Song of the Year and EDM Song of the Year at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards with the track "Harlem Shake," has teamed up with producer C.Z. for the new track "How Can You Tell Me When It's Done?" It's Baauer's first song since his debut album, Aa, which came out in March and featured appearances from hip-hop stars such as Pusha T, Future, M.I.A. and G-Dragon, reports Rolling Stone. The track, written with producer C.Z., begins in Baauer's signature style, with synths, bass and spitfire trap percussion. Throughout the song, Baauer and C.Z. deftly insert an eclectic array of futuristic blips, choral voices and a trumpet riff. Check it out here.
